Additional Commencement Info

Regalia  

All graduates who have submitted their Degree Application should have received an email to RSVP for commencement, request tickets, and order regalia.
The Bookstore is expecting a new order of cap and gowns so if you are not seeing your size now, more will be in soon! If you would like to request to borrow and not a cap and gown to be returned after the ceremony, please fill out this form and you will be notified if one is available. 
If you were not able to pick up your regalia at the June 1 Grad Fair,  you can pick it up in the OSE office (upstairs in Building 11) during regular business hours. 

Tickets 

UPDATE: No additional tickets are available for the 2 p.m. ceremony. Additional tickets for the 10 p.m. ceremony are still available. 
This year guest tickets will be electronic. Each graduate is guaranteed up to 6 guest tickets and may request more.  

Prior to Grad Fair on June 1, 2023, students will receive an email with a PDF of their first batch of tickets up to 6. About two weeks before commencement,  students will receive a second email that will include any extra tickets they have been awarded based on venue capacity. When you receive your PDF of tickets, you have two options for passing the tickets along to your guests:

  1. Print out the PDF and give a physical ticket to each of your guests. Your guests would then show the ticket at the door to be scanned.
  2. Screenshot a ticket and send it to your guest via text or email. You would need to do this individually for each ticket. Your guests could then print the ticket themselves, or show the ticket on their phone at the door to be scanned.

At any time, if students have questions or have requested too many tickets, they should email commencement@litpliant.net. Letting us know about any extra tickets you have will help us make sure anyone who still needs tickets can get them.
